I have a compromise to solve the problem. The borough grows a set and tells the people that are complaining to shut their freakin' pie holes! Some people have to complain about something or their day is not complete.

It sounds like the whiners who have been hassling the East Berlin Borough Council and residents are spreading out into new territory to spread their hate and discontent.

At least you are getting fresh fruit. Be thankful. This sounds like the tail wagging the dog.

I think it's awful to tie up a public street with selling friut. This could cause a serious traffic mishap. You would think the boro would be a little more compassionite about creating a traffic hazard.

I agree with these reviewers, although my review will be a bit milder. I suspect Lyons are doing a wonderful service for many more people than there are number of complainers. It's often difficult to find good fruit in season without going way out to farmer's markets and orchards. New Oxford's location makes it an ideal, more central location to buy really excellent fruit. I buy citrus fruit in winter and those awesome watermelons in the summer. I suspect the complainers are people who live in New Oxford and the tendency in any neighborhood is to accept NO change whatsoever from outsiders even if it's a good thing.
