Full story: Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Pittsburghers were eating Big Macs on Thursday even as McDonald's restaurants in other parts of the country were struck by workers demanding higher wages.

Hang in there old man, the unions have been organizing non-clinical workers at UPMC hospitals for years now, and will be holding the systems' union-busting activities up to the light at upcoming NLRB hearings. Nurses are organizing more quietly. Unionism is declining everywhere EXCEPT healthcare, old fool!

The nation's demographics are changing dramatically, and by the time all the angry, old white guy haters like you die off, their will be a new, multicultural, tolerant America that will relegate your ideas to the dust bin of history... once and for all, praise the Lord!

If the minimum wage workers want a raise, let them acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities that command a higher salary. They have opportunity to do so. It's their choice.

And if they want to be a CEO, they can work their way up over the course of their careers, or they can risk everything they have and open their own business. I bet if they did that, they'd learn a thing or two about purchasing goods and services, including labor, based on market value.

What an ignorant azz! A free choice? Not actually, if you'd take a moment to think about it, even you might appreciate what an inane comment that is.

Of course you know these people you see on the news protesting are being brought in by busses and paid for by the unions and are NOT fast food workers? You do know that, Right? How many fast food employees do you think there are in one place.

What a ignorant ass you are.

The NLRB is part of the government, the same government that brought us Obamacare, Benghazi, NSA spying, IRS bull$hit and now Syria. I can't wait for them to get this one right. The lying African and his red line crap is going to get us in another one. What a frikkin' amateur.
You don't want children of poor parents to receive medical care? There were 13 deadly terrorist attacks on US embassies under Bush, no complaints about those? Did you blame Bush for the Patriot Act, or wait 7 years for Obama, then start hating it? IRS scandal was another dumb tea bagger failure, which one's next?

A "frikkin' amateur" who's gonna lead us into war? I recall you always whined your opposition to bringing up the failings of Dubya Dummazz Bush... from about 15 minutes after the putz left office!

Leave that poor Texan fool alone, eh, boy!

And what does a union protest involving fast food workers got to do with my point azzwipe? I may no mention of them, and it is at an entirely definite level of specificity, whithout a direct bearing on the argument made. But a right wing-nut who has been given his talk radio "talking points," will insert them in a discussion without concern for their relevance or appropriateness. What an ignorant and hateful fool you are, lil' boy!

I do, but in government run clinics that can specialize in the needs of the children that are neglected by their baby daddies and their crackhead mothers.
Just because a child has poor parents doesn't mean they're neglected. Four out of five people on food stamps HAVE JOBS. It's ignorance like this that has people like you mired in the powerless fringes of society.

Who is talking about poor people or food stamps? A person's financial status has nothing to do with their behavior. My neighbor across the street is always flashing a big wad of cash, drives a Navigator, and dresses like Nate Harper on Sunday. He still will not cut the grass, repair the fence, or pick up any of the trash that always seems to be around his section 8 house. In fact, one of his baby mommies simply threw their dirty diapers on the front porch rather than putting them on a trash can. This has nothing to do with "poor people", it's simply the African way. Which is why we need to do most things the way they do in Africa. Health clinics and traveling dentists would be a good start. The preachers have already replaced the witch doctors, so religion is covered.

Hahaha. Just like a dumb tea bagger - always anecdotal bullshit, never facts. Your neighbor doesn't represent an entire race. That should be obvious. You're an embarassment to the white race, and you clearly don't represent us.
