Chicago's Pizza Open In Mitchell

Chicago's Pizza is now open in Mitchell. The franchise opened under the direction of David Childers, whose father Dave also owns the franchises in French Lick and Tell City.

Okay first of all I have never left bad feedback on any business, however I have NEVER been treated so terrible at any business. When we found out that Chicagos Pizza was opening up in Mitchell we were pretty excited. I have always frequeted Chicagos Pizza in French Lick and have always loved it. We have been to this new Chicagos in Mitchell twice now.(This would have been our 3rd visit) To start with I called them 44 times between 8:11pm till 8:39 and the phone was busy busy busy. They answered as we were coming into town so i try to order. First we order lasanga (they dont serve pasta yet), ok, next a deep dish meat lovers (out of deep dish pizza),ok, so I know we want 3 salad bars for take out (since they close at 9 they already broke down salad bar),ok, i finally order something they have. We get there and go in and I'm talking to a really nice waitress as we are waiting. Who I think is the manager comes around the counter and very rudely asks the waitress if we "want to make an order or what". She tells him that we already ordered but that I have a question/complaint about the phone. He comes to the table and asks what I have a problem with. I could already tell he was ready to go into orbit. I asked him why he would take the phone off the hook when he has customers calling in to place orders. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!! He said "I can justify the phone being taken off the hook, we have been absolutly slammed and I do not have time to deal with you or your complaints and if you don't like it there is he door" REALLY?????? Okay, needless to say this turned really bad really quick. Maybe the best thing to do would have been to simply walk out, but we were so humiliated and shocked. I asked him who the manager is and he tells me he is the OWNER!!!! What?????????? The OWNER of a new business in this town is talking to his PAYING customers like this??? So after being told where the door is and he is told to stick it in his XXX, we leave, but that isn't good enough, he FOLLOWS US OUT THE DOOR!!!! By this time Paul is livid!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO BACK AND I HOPE THEY NEVER HAVE ANOTHER CUSTOMER TO TREAT LIKE THIS AGAIN!!!! So sad to see a new business with no future because of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!

That is terrible! That is just another reason that my family chooses to support our mom and pops restaurants in town and not chains! Kudos to our local favorites Greeco's, Edna's and The Hub! Great service and even better food!

Go down the road to Shoals to Fay's and get much better pizzas and terrific service.

Wow really? We do not even drink. Nice try!! I can not even think of what to respond to such stupidity!
