This article does not do Brick Farm justice... They have an unparalleled selection of local cheeses, which Iíve been sampling since they opened. There is a butcher counter with all fresh cuts and delicious grass fed beef and great bacon. They also have an interesting collection of local and organic seasonal products and available ready-made fresh food you can pick up for easy dinners. A very unique place that I find myself in just about every week and Iím constantly trying something new.
