Exercise helps in staying fit but it does not detoxify human body. Diet works in detoxifying the body. A cup of green tea really works in this case.

Detoxifying is a holistic process that requires a combination of proper eating and workout. You can't just detoxify by sweating in the gym. The best solution is to have a daily workout routine. For example, cardio workout 3 times a week, 2 days of toning and one day of recovery. There is still one day in a week when you don't exercise at all. On that day you can do a complete detox from the inside. That means you eat just fruit all day. The rest of the week you eat normally - vegetables, meat, whole grains, etc. Drink lots of water, too. You need to find balance in everything - your meals, your workouts and your mind. That is the best way to reach detox.

Yes, it is right. Exercise helps our body detoxify which is becoming popular nowadays considering current lifestyle. Body detoxification means the removal of toxins or the cleansing of the vital organs in the body. Toxins we get from our diet, pollution, and exposure from industrial solvents and other industrial chemicals as well, so not only exercise will help, you have to change your diet, lifestyle as well. Some researcher does the agree on this that exercise detoxifies our body. But I think exercise is always we should do to be healthy. Exercise will help you in various other ways also.
