On Tuesday, June 3 at 6pm in the Belfast Free Library there will be a free presentation with fermentation enthusiasts Anna and Roy Antaki about how to make tempeh and natto, two healthy fermented organic soybean foods.

We are the tempeh pioneers having produced Betsy's Tempeh in Mich. for 9 1/2 years back in the mid 80's. We developed a user friendly method of making tempeh on stainless steel trays and sold our tempeh in patty and grated form.
