Hello,Dawn that will make Fred and Micki laugh. they "opened" it as in we were all on hand when Linda Kellett did the nice CSE article. The owner is Aaron Katovitch. He grad. here about 1990. It is doing nicely and the food is wonderful.

A real culinary treat in the Mohawk Valley. Creative plating, fresh local seasonal ingredients, and clean and pleasant atmosphere. Definitely recommend trying it out!
