Naturally Grown: An alternative label to organic
Justine and Brian Denison say they adhere to all the growing practices required for organic certification, yet if they label their beans and tomatoes "organic" at the farmer's market, they could face federal charges and $20,000 or more in fines.

All growth is natural, "naturally grown." Performance-enhancement, as with fertilization, and GMO, is another issue.
As for the MARKETING LABEL "organic," it's now so oversold, I'm surprised it's not used on gasoline pumps at the station, "New, Improved, cleaner, better, brighter, whiter, organic gas now available here! Only $299.99 a gallon! Hurry! While supplies last!"
-- and a penalty for not buying;
-- with crying-kids on TV, "You're killing us unless you buy Organic Gas!"
-- all the Talking Heads: "You're ignorant, stupid, disgruntled, old-school and ugly, unless you buy Organic Gas like a normal say-anything-told yuppie! Idiot!"
-- a psuedo-twist on "luxury tax" (they get the luxury, you get the bills)
I think paperFAKEwork-pushers would rather concoct bureaucrazies against Agriculture,$20,000 here,$20,000 there, here a $20K, there a $20, pluck, pluck;; afterall, they grow more paperFAKEwork at the expense of the world, than agricultural products to feed it (or pay Ag workers for feeding them).
TO GROWTH! IT'S ALL NATURAL! AND THAT INCLUDES HUMAN DEVELOPMENT AND PROGRESS (and paperwork is the opposite).
Kind regards, always,
Clayton Leon Winton
