Yes, Bacolod is urban but has not lost the touch of being rural!!! A clean city with a very hospitable people!!! Although the smiles of the folks are smiles of welcome, these should not be contrued as a welcome to the sexual perversions of the Pagan West!!! Keep off the pedos, rapists, homos, the adulterous, and the perverts from this innocent city!!! Drive them away from your homes even if they are carrying the Book of the Mormons!!!

Innocent city? While you are in Bacolod don't forget to visit all the bars around the Greenfields Centre. You will be lucky to see a foreign face there, all Filipino customers also in the casino. Sex, Alchohol and Gambling. The Pagan West taught you so well Ibarra.
Exactly what planet, sorry I meant province do you come from?

I have visited Bacolod several times and I didn't find the people to be very smiley at all. "City of smiles"? I don't think so.
