If you all can't stand the show or The Donald, then why even read these articles? Why not just pass them by, ignoring them completely? I'll tell ya why... Because you feel the need to run people down because your lives are pathetic. You got nothing of importance going for you and you can't be happy for anyone else's success.

This show brings a lot of money to charities that otherwise would never have gotten any recognition. This is a wonderful show concept and where I'm not a fan of the big charities whose CEOs make the largest cut, the small charities like Penn Jillette's Opportunity Village would never have received this kind of national attention. Donald Trump came up with this show concept. So, say what you will about the man, his money or his hair, he is TRYING to give back gracefully.

Didn't you just do what you accused others of doing? You first paragraph was running people down. According to you, that makes you pathetic. Just because people have a different opinion then you doesn't make them pathetic. It makes them people. I agree that the show is boring, I can't stand Donald Trump as he is an arrogant jerk who thinks he can run over anyone he wants. However this show does do a lot of good for charity. It doesn't make him any less a jerk.

My first paragraph asked a legitimate question. Why even bother reading these articles if you don't like the show or the man behind the show? But I give them a taste of what they're doing, that makes me the bad guy. Okay. I'm the troll here. I fully admit guilt and all responsibility that goes with being a troll.

But you agreed that the show does good things. Well, Donald can be a jerk, I suppose, but not many successful entrepreneurs are a basket of kittens either.

And the only reason Trump is "successful" is because he was born rich. And by the way I also do not believe in the so called charities. I think those are legal get rich scams for the organizers.

Okay, so Opportunity Village doesn't really help the intellectually disabled? I beg to differ. Their school has helped a lot of people who society rights off as being worthless. The leaders of that charity have put their hearts and souls into making a better life for those precious angels. I don't like the big name charities whose CEOs take more than is given in aid. But Red Cross does show up in severe situations. I would hate to see them close their doors and then a tornado destroy my home when I need their help. Charities do good things, even if some of those things are never known.

I guess there are exceptions to every rule. I will research that charity that you mentioned. But just take the guy from the American Cancer Association. The guy makes 2 million a year. If you were making that kind of money... Would you want to cure cancer?

I agree and that's why every time I get hit up for Relay for Life crap, I'm the first to say NO! I like local causes and even then, I do research on the people who are running the show. St. Jude's is a good one though even though it's high profile. I've had a couple of friends from high school whose parents had no money but St. Jude's treated them anyway for free!! So I like that someone is always playing for them.
