I hope Ethiopian government through its media outlets teach its peope that eating raw meat is dangerous for their health. Those Ethiopian restaurants who are serving raw meat in US restaurants should be ashamed of themselves. I wonder if US officials know about this dangerous practice? It is not only barbaric practice but also a rejection of modern way of life.

Lay to rest and say RIP to the word Abyssinia. It's not that glamorous a name to cling to. It means a primitive at the bottom of a pit where it is dark.

Of course, when you cannot drop bad names given to you by an authority sitting on your shoulder, you cannot persuade them to drop calling you by abusive and insulting names. But, I have no idea why Africans fail to show intelligence when they can.
For example, Ethiopia is a racist impression of Greek explorer or merchants at their first encounter with the black Africans of Nubia(Nuba,Arabic). Nubians have long dropped and out of their community conscience. Foolishly, somehow and sometime, a community in northeast Africa, which never explored by Greece and has never had a historical relationship, adopts. Worse, it has become an unshakeable cultural fa├žade.

the insecure and envious italian slave eris at it again !!!

eris working 24/7 in search of ethiopian so-called failures and weaknesses !!!

the burden of genius,
so many supplicants and little time !

let me teach you dumb eri.
ethiopians dont eat raw meat !!!
no one eats raw chicken meat in ethiopia, even no raw sheep or goat meat !
we eat raw beef !!!!

as far as i am concerned i dont like the idea of selling raw beef in america if the beef is not imported from ethiopia. ethiopian beef tastes excellent, beef from elsewhere not.

You have good eye for catching miserable Eritrean. He started with humanitarian concern but it was a sham, a cover to endear (him/her)self as friendly to beef-cooking cultures by so doing closer to America and Europe, us farthest from him and his dear them, his masters.
Otherwise if the intention was not evil and from a twisted mindset, he would have my support for educating parts of Ethiopia who eat raw beef meat on the hazards of eating raw beef meat such as different parasites that use the beef as a primary host such as tapeworm or 'shoot' in Ammharic.

that is a justified concern when we consider the toilet problem in ethiopia. but if the meat comes from official butcheries they control such infections and are safe to eat. you see the stamp on the meat.

What is more damaging to our country and disturbing to the conscience of the world is when Ethio bisexuals boast that they molested a man.

You may be tired of their harassment of Ethiopians but that's has paid them three meals, especially when Ethiopia was a socialist under Mengistu. Since then, it has become their entrenched culture practicing it even when capitalist powers shunned Eritrea.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to eat meat cooked or baked than spent millions, for a poor country, on medications? Eating raw meat is not cultural but irrisponsible uneducated choice. Every country can eat raw if they want to but refused to do so because of fear of its consequences on health and your pokets.
Please stop saying it is cultural, there is nothing cultural of eating raw meat, peeing on streets and other non hyginic practices. Try to be civilised and try to teach your children to be civilised to. It is not very difficult.
