W.Va. chefs team up for locally sourced dinners
Chefs Dale Hawkins, of Fish Hawk Acres, and Tim Urbanic, of Cafe Cimino, are joining forces for a series of locally sourced dinners at Urbanic's Sutton inn.

The two chefs mentioned are not the best chefs in west Virginia, they just happen to have a marketing guru that put them on the charts. There are greater chefs than Dale Hawkins and Tim Urbanic, while Dale does have a degree in The Culinary arts, Tim does not. There are other chefs in this state that are much better, some with degrees and others without. But when you become a media whore, you can get far, especially if you have the right connections. The food served there is ok, but you can get your dollars worth for the same for a lot less. Only the wealthy will be able to afford their prices. so you can make the choice, get your moneys worth at a good done to earth restaurant or spend your money unwisely.
