How wonderful that this community is focusing on healthy, locally grown fruits and vegetables! This is a great way to get kids familiar with the variety of options there are when deciding what foods are best for nutrition and for the environment. Mom was right! Eat your veggies!:)

Let's see how beneficial this shall be, considering how meat is subsidied instead of veggies and how may other plant products have a heavily over inflated budget -- like the corn, wheat and potato industries as opposed to those who grow squash, tomatoes, carrots and such.
