bullshit. we the rate payers are the one carrying the burden of both failed projects.elevators not working in the mall. parking congestion. road are in appalling condition. no footpaths on many of the streets. the whole area looks more like a rural town. public toilets are hardly cleaned yet we pay for using them.

we are just 30 minutes drive from Nadi but hardly any tourist in the city.
Does that give a signal to us. the tourist companies do not promote us for as reason. wake up city administrators and get your priorities right.
