Conference with an emphasis on ‘Yoga and Mental Health’.
Talks by eminent speakers, workshops conducted by practitioners and panel discussions on Yoga Psychology, Therapy and Mental Health, Practice of Mindfulness, Treatment of mental disorders, Ayurvedic Therapy for Mental health, Yogic Management of Anxiety, Depression and other Disorders and the latest science will form the foundation of the weekend conference.
