My Wife and I used what we learned at Cynthia Overgard's/hypnobirthingct.com class with both our kids and it worked wonders.. We loved the course so much, we got it as a gift for my sister, who was initially skeptical. She ended up choosing a midwife-assisted home-birth, drug free, had a beautiful, empowering experience, and now swears by Hypnobirthing and Cynthia.

My daughter just had a HypnoHomeWaterbirth and I delivered the baby, as the midwives did not arrive in time. We all had done the course, were relaxed, and soooooo empowered. It is THE BEST!
