Mexico tries to woo back tourists

There may be no better time to visit Mexico than now. It's been about a month since swine flu scares sent tourists fleeing, but with new cases of the H1N1 virus on the wane, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention lifted its ban on nonessential travel to Mexico on May 15.

Yes Mexico has some bad parts as does Oakland, CA, Detroit, MI and many other big cities.

Would they go there because it is cheap??
Or would they go there because it is nice.

So tell me were in the USA can you go and get.
The food of San Francisco bay area.
The beaches and climate of Hawaii.
The friendliness of the mid west.
For half price or less of Oklahoma.

I don´t think so. Americans only know their backyard everything beyond that is foreign territory. I mean an American that comes to Germany and Try to pay for a beer mug worth 100 EUR with 100 USD and even argues with the personal why they won’t accept "American money" WTF. Same here but I´ll never go back to the US I’ll rather throw my Euros to the Trash than leaving them in the US. Or even better I Rather spend my Euros in Mexico or any other Latin American country and Canada than in the US. Where people think they are the belly of the world.

You say you have been to Mexico a couple of times and did not like it.
Fine.
Just the same I know people that have flown into L.A to take their kids to Disneyland and say they don’t like the USA.

After seeing pictures of the Redwoods of Nor Cal they made another trip.

You make Mexico sound unsafe.
That is why I responded.
Take Willits, Ca Google it if you like.
Approximantly 5k people.
Willits had more murders in 2008 then The Puerto Vallarta area with close to 500k people.
I moved From Willits, Ca to Puerto Vallarta and safety was one of the reasons.
No I don’t have body guards nor need them.
Last fall Condolisa Rice was in PV with only two guards, and she went out to dinner and a walk.
And I have never seen her in the USA with any less guards
Is there a chance she may know something you don’t?????

Tell me a place I can go that fits the criteria I spelled out?

I'm sure Mexico has some wonderful, beautiful places. I've been there. Several times. However, I refuse to spend one peso in Mexico until Mexico does ITS part to halt its "cockroach Army" (Calderon's words. Not mine) from invading the USA AND also eliminating its human rights violations, abuse, and violence by ITS authorities
directed against persons caught compromising ITS southern border. Hypocracy is hypocracy no matter how you slice it. Mexico has absolutely NO concern about the negative impact its 35 million PLUS citizens who have sneaked in here since 1986 have created, but God Almighty forbid someone get
busted sneaking into Mexico. So, I won't be back, and sure one less American visiting and spending money in Mexico won;t be missed - considering they receive approximately 30 BILLION U.S. Dollars PER ANNUM from Calderon's "cockroach Army" trespassing/squatting here as it is. Funny how the MSM and liberal democraps/socialist wanna-be Obamabots NEVER mention Mexico's abuses. Believe me, we won't miss you. Mexico is a place for people with kindness and love in their heart, qualities you are obviously lacking. I am thankful every day to live among the warmhearted people in the culturally rich country of Mexico, and I'm especially thankful you aren't among my neighbors.
