Upper Darby trainer says yoga can reduce drug addiction
The 34-year-old mother is bringing free yoga to Upper Darby in an effort to fight addiction - and all the neighborhood problems that come with it - one sun salutation at a time.

I've always felt an outlet with some structure or routine and good health are good for anyone. Working out and/or fitness are as much a part of not doing drugs as just saying no. Not to say "bad health" should lead to drug addiction. If fitness works for some then do it. It gives a potential addict something else to focus on.
