Would it be possible to shut region ten down....they do nothing but waste taxpayers money...

I think this is a wonderful program and I have seen over the years how therapeutic drumming is, being a teacher myself. William Whitten is a generous person who has been doing this for free for the community for a long time. Region Ten has wonderful people working for it as well. These guys would have nowhere else to go.
