Great article and I have to admit perfect timing. I went to DDPage's site and after watching the videos of Art; reading the stories of other men who have tried this approach I ordered the DVD's. As someone who is actually a bigger guy than Art at his highest I have to think if this guy can do it why not me?
I've never tried Yoga. I have always though of it as the hippie chicks do but after spending the morning doing the research I believe this is something I will do.

You got a story about a guy who lost 184 pounds, and we don't get to see before-and-after pictures? I would have loved to see what this guy looked like before, at his fattest, and then compared to his fitness now. That would be inspirational; it would have made a great story even better. Looks like someone dropped the ball on the art.
