The only way to do it is to keep motivated and simply do it. Wake up in the morning and make that change. The best at home workouts are the ones that work best for you.

It's definitely worth paying for home fitness programs, provided they are right for you. You're the one who has to be motivated to make changes in your eating and exercise habits. Most programs work if you dedicate yourself to doing them consistently.
