You need to read Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe, and you need to drink a gallon of milk a day.
I did it, I went from 180 pounds to 240 pounds and increased bench from 185 pounds to 315 pounds, i increased Standing press from 135 to 225, i increase deadlifts from 300 to 425 and increase squat from 230 to 335
all in 7 months. NOW WHY AREN'T YOU LIFTING?
