Have you tried barefoot running?

I get tons of pain in my legs, such as shin splints, ankles, flat feet, low arches. But

when I run in sneakers([url=http://www.newvi bramshop.com/]five finger shoes[/url]) on roads.

I am very in shape and have played sports all of my life but started to get these pains

towards the end of high school and throughout college soccer. It is very hard to get into a

workout routine when in so much pain.
I have heard people say that running barefoot or in shoes like

[url=http://www.newvibramshop. com/]vibram five fingers[/url] work wonders after a couple

months of doing it?

Has anyone tried [url=http://www.newvibramshop. com/]vibram shoes[/url] like KSO shoes? I'm

very interested.

I found out about barefoot running after looking up how to avoid spider veins.

Running barefoot works the foot muscles like nature intended I read and I think it actualy made the little bit of spider vein that started to show fade a bit.

I like running/walking without barefoot shoes (real barefoot), after a week my feet adapted like I didnt think they could and I love being able to feel the textures under my new natural feet.

the first couple days my feet bottoms hurt a little not realy the skin but like a muscle soreness.

I cant explain it but now with shoes I feel like Im missing something, I guess that feeling I get In my "new" feet and my calves have got much more defined and my new feet also look more defined.
