let us face it; the fact is that many people working as cooks and chefs are simply not talented. They are food churners and not craftsmen (or, is it craftspersonages?). They make up for their lack of talent, and lack of knowledge, by drowning food in butter, oil, grease, salt, etc. Why do you think that no matter what you order at places such as IHOP, Dennys, Village Inn, et al. all of the food is always glistening?...
