Lose Weight..and Keep it Off

I have struggle with my weight for years and DFINE8 (made by Musclewerks) was the first product that has really worked for me. This thermogenic fat burner helped me loose 8 pounds in the first month!! I am trying to get the word out about this product because it is relatively hard to find (you cant buy it online). You lost 8lbs in 1 month. What happened after that? Was diet and exercise a part of this weight loss? Is DFINE8 approved by FDA? Do I have to continue to take it forever to "Keep it Off"?

I've been doing DFINE8 for about the last 3 weeks and have lost about 5 lbs. The only thing is that i have to make sure to have my last of it before 2 pm of i'm up all night. I love this stuff, gives me energy, curbs my appitite, but there is a funny taste after you've had your 1st one but that goes away. I think the watermelon is the best. Easy to use and work.... and not much has for me. Good Luck.

Dfine 8 is not approved by the FDA, supplements don't need to be approved by the FDA in order to be used, the FDA does not have time to regulate all the supplements out there. However, this does not mean it is bad. Dfine 8 can be found at most MAX MUSCLE stores. Don't let the name fool you, we are not just for bodybuilders, we help all types of people meet their goals.

Just to do exercise is not enough.
You have to follow special diet plan.
And to use weight loss supplement only, wont help you as well.

ive been using this stuff and it works great. lost over 20lbs while on it, but thats combined with a low calorie diet, over a gallon of water and and hour on the treadmill a day. before I started taking it I was at a standstill.

How long did it take for you to lose 25 lbs?

I am almost at the end of my 2nd bottle/tub. I had mango then Grape both good. Has definiteley helped me lose weight, I do get a little irritable on or when I don't take it on time (after breakfast), I was taking 2 servings a day but now only one. I am curious if it could have bad effects if i continue to take it or if it would be fine. I am sort of adicted and do want to lose more weight

Yea body effects might have more but your serving size is bigger it has the same servings per container d-fine 8 has had a bigger effect on me

i just began using this product yesterday (found it at max muscle)...has anyone else experienced an upset stomach? the first day i used one scoop (to test the effect of the caffeine)but then today i used to recommended 2 scoops however now i have a horrible stomach ache and upset stomach?

My first few days were a little tough on my stomach, but that feeling went away when I started taking it immediately before a meal. Now it just makes me burp a little bit :o
