Careful With Your Back

Back problems have put a lot of weight lifters out of commission for weeks, months and at times forever. When lifting weights you should always try to stay in your limits and use all safety measures available. Herniated discs can not only take months to heal but at times need surgery. If you just take pills and keep going you could possibly make things a lot worse.
For anyone already experiencing back problems here is an excellent source for advice on preventing and dealing with back pain. It is actually on a herniated disc back surgery site, but there is a huge amount of material on ways to prevent and ease back pain.
