do pushups, and pull ups. also do dips and situps. those are the main four. you need to have proper form before weight lifting, and will get bigger by doing more reps of lower weight. dont think u have to max out all the time. protein is good for you while working out but only after u work out. dont use it all the time. creatine is not a good thing to be taking because it gets your mass bigger but when u stop working out it will turn to fat. ask any gym instructors and they will tell u that.

I've been swimming 5 days a week since i was 6 years old. Also I've played soccer since the age of 9 and run cross country since i was 12. I'm now 14, 5'11" and 149. I've worked out every now and then at least once a week. But I've started working out 5 days a week for about 2 months. and I can already see some improvement. I'm doing a combination of free weight and body weight exorcises for about an hr and a half. I dont want to get any bigger, just stronger. Swimming is my main sport and always has been. i don't want to bulk up. Just get faster and stronger. My brother is in the Army Spec. Ops. He's given me some workouts and i like them. I've also been doing some Cross Fit workouts every now and then. Before every work out i take a scoop of Whey with milk. After I take Amplified Whey Bolic. i just want to now if I'm dong the right things? My brother can't answer any of my questions because he is over seas. So I would really appreciate answers!

I'm 14 years old at 5'7"-5'8" and 145 LBS. I recently got out of my football season i am bulking up and at a very fast rate. I have noticed very dramatic increases in muscle and in my max's. In September i could bench press 135, squat 145, incline bench press 100, and clean 115. my maxes are now bench 185, squat 220 or higher, incline 135 or higher, clean 135 possibly more. i started taking creatine and i have noticed significant bursts of strength and energy. I am also using a bulking protein powder with bcaa's and lots of glutamine. I am going to start taking nitric oxide. My friend has been taking it for a week and has noticed lots of extra endurance and strength. He is 15 and is taking jack3d i will take superpump 250 because of the natural ingredients instead of the chemicals like in jack3d.

I have the same question but you could probably go find a sport coach at your high school n ask them what they recommend.

Guys, for all the 14 year olds out there...protein supplements are great, but i would stay away from creatine at this tage, guys. Your body right now is developing it's own creatine resources, so why do an artifitial add-on? And, BTW, did you know if you take too much creatine without a huge amount of water it can mess up your kidnesys?
If you are smart, stay away from creatine at this stage of your develpement, guys.
If you have any questions, I would be more than happy to explain to you more.
Sorry if I mis-spelled any words!

ur dad wrote:
i hope you know protein supplements are steroids that develop muscle growth but ass soon as you stop taking them all you're muscle that you gained using the supliments will go away
so if u do take protein supplements theres no going back
How would you lose your muscle just because you stopped taking a protein? It's not like its food where if you don't eat you will get skinny. As long as you keep working out you will keep the muscle. If you just drink protien you won't gain muscle. If you stop protein You will still gain muscle just not as fast.
