Comparing body building with a physician or a warrior coming back from war? Give me a break. This guy needs to get a clue. His answer to the question is arrogant as well as disgraceful for those that have truly seen the horrors of war. The "war" he was in is some silly competition with people loaded up on muscle-enhancing drugs.

Hahahaha! What a goon. Easy to see why he could never get a "real job", and instead focuses on only himself and his outside appearance. Clearly he has no intelligence, humility, or sense of what it means to be a "whole" person. As a certified personal trainer, and sports and exercise ethusiast, this kind of guy disgusts me. Fitness should be as much mental as physical. Confidence is quiet and known within. Arrogance and low self-esteem must speak outwardly so others know our greatness, or at least how great we think we are. This guy may feel he has everything with muscles and money, but he certainly appears hurt, confused, and quite frankly, confused about reality on the inside.

Did I miss something or is this a comment in response to another story ???

I would think that in order to win these competitions one would have to make bodybuilding their #1 professional effort. They might own / operate gyms or work in the fitness professions. But when they reach the top of their game they're winning prize money, earning salaries from product endorsements, appearing in practically every advertisement in Flex, and often times branching out into acting careers.

And last I heard Derek Poundstone has a real job. He's a police officer in his town and a small time landlord.

They all look sick. Its like they were in a time warp back in high school pumping iron and got carried away with it. I would not consider anyone of these builders good looking. And don't get me started with the women.
They are gross!
