Being healthy and staying active doesn't necessary mean you have to cuff yourself to a treadmill for an hour a day or strut around the weight room for hours on end. Think of snacking on fitness and activity all day. Park further away from the door, take the steps instead of the elevator, dance, march in place on commercial breaks - can be easier than you think! http://blog.mydiscoverhealth.com/
