If you have a partner, find time to relax and be together, just the two of you. Time with family and friends is important and fun, but the holidays are a terrific opportunity to spend romantic time together.

Every holiday I goes to a hill station or visit a historic place which helps me to stay away from stress and also keeps me fresh. Doing exercises and workout are some alternative way to deal with stress problems.

now that the estes park trail gazette is part of media news group, articles that have absolutely NOTHING to do with estes park are on the web site, and persons commenting on these nonsense corporate articles show up on the estes park gazette section of the [email protected] forum. Now, it they could find a way to have the estes forum ONLY contain truly estes articles and comments........

I find the most effective stress relieving exercise is to find a pedophile priest and beat the piss out of him with a blunt instrument. They're not hard to find, every parochial school playgtound is teeming with the black robed bastards.
