Was he with other people? Seems like there may be more to this story that the authorities are not telling us, just like the one of the missing teacher that was just found.

Kind of a harsh assumption there. They have spent weeks on the emotional roller coaster, what do you want them to do, raise their arms, cry out and scream, drop to their knees?

I wish the best for them and for him also. I know alot of prayers are being said for him that he will be found safe. We can only hope so. God Bless

The hunting season is on the 13th of September each year, between 12:03 and 12:04 am. Any creature that you can kill between those times is rightfully yours to eat and skin. People have used this time as an excuse for murder and it is highly recommended that anyone planning a death should plan ahead and take full advantage of the freedom to kill during tghe hunting season......tis to you...

After three weeks it would seem there is not much hope, perhaps for a 20 year old but this man is 61. However; as long as there is hope people will look for him. That's the good part of human nature.

Still don't understand the whole hunting mess, do people need the meat, no? Can't see freezing your a off for a shot, or even getting shot by someone else. Skinwalker is right about using the time for murder.

Hello, I'm the "non-empathetic" daughter. You are probably much older than I am, but judging by your poor grammar and sentence structure, you are probably too ignorant to understand what I am going through right now. Please open your mouth and insert your foot. Just a general message - No one, NO ONE, will ever understand what I am personally going through. I am kind enough to allow camera crews to come to my home, my school, to update other people that care for my father almost as much as I do about what is going on. I can cry on my own time. I can do many things on my own time in the privacy of my own home. I refuse to let people ridicule me without standing up for what I believe in. Frankly, I believe you are a class-A douche bag.

Sincerely,
Kristen Nadel

You are a courageous young lady, Kristen! Please know that there are many people out here praying for you, your mom and especially your dad. Ignore anonymous jerks that spew filth...their words aren't worth your time or your emotions. Your family is in my thoughts.

No one could have said it better or with more class.

Many people have your father, mother and you in their prayers. Best wishes and good thoughts go your way.

Kristen, I am so sorry for you. It really must be difficult not knowing what happened to him, and not having closure. Keep a stiff upper lip, and know that lots of people have you in their thoughts and prayers.

Who cares if he was 61 from what I've read he's a pilates instructor...The man had to be in shape to teach the class. Good Luck on the search.

Dear Kristen: You responded the right way...am very proud of you..you are an incredible grown- up woman with s very strong conviction in an 18-year old body, very few possess such good attitude @ your age..You have my respect. Take care of yourself always..
Mr. Marko Poyo:If you have nothing good to say, back off, will you? Though, we have the fredom of speech, think twice before posting because you are just adding more pain to a very miserable situation.. We don't want your opinion!

One of two things. He had an accident or injury and couldn't make it out but for this why did the dogs lose his trail? The second thing is probably what many people might be thinking and not saying, he took off. Perhaps someone met up with him and he ran away from home. He couldn't deal with telling his family he was unhappy and wanted to leave so he did. Don't tell me you know him, you only know another person as well as they want you to know them. I'm sorry but that may be what happened.

I agree. The article says that dogs were brought in and only tracked him 150 yards from camp. He either had a horse or four-wheeler to ride, got picked up by someone, something like that for his trail to disappear like that. This story does not tell the entire story.

I do feel for the family though, it has to be tough on them. Ya'll keep your chin up and keep plugging along. You never know but three weeks is a long time. Just keep your chin up, and pray.

People are just trying to console..and assure that you & your mom are okay, considering what is going on. people do not intend to "insert themselves in your bidness", if they sound like that, and you felt the intrusion..people should give you space and patience..:) There are those who just say things without considering what you are going through and it hurts you. Hang in there,...everybody who knows you and your mother love you with all their hearts.
