Works 10 hours and hangs at the gym for 3. Well well that is a lot of family time. Can we say screwy priorities?? Being fit is great but eating an odd diet and focusing only on your self. Sickening!!!!

I am amazed to see how far you have come in such a short amount of time. You show such dedication to your craft and just as everyone else has a 9-5 job, you keep doing yours. Build your brand (yourself/your body) and know that your blessings will continue. I am so proud of you and I know the girls are too! Keep it up Chica!!!

Wow to the 2 previous comments. We must be over weight with alot of envy towards others. I have been friends with Hasina for alot of yearr ans her parenting skills should not be questioned. Who are you Powell Bubble to even make a comment like this you do not even know her. And Ms. Real beauty????? ummm no ms. missy no illegal drugs just alot of dedication and hard work. This young lady has inspired alot of women including myself. With her knowlege and help I have lost 27lbs since Feb 1, 2011 and it was all because of her dedication and her motivation to me that "i can do it"! Its sad we live in a world where we have to criticise versus complimenting and giving praise. Jealousy is so not attractive. This lady set a goal and completed it in a time span most would think is un acheiveable. Im proud to call Hasina my friend, a great mother, great co-worker and I know she will succeed in her mission. Haters really need to stay off blogs. Mothers never taught you if you cant say nothing nice dont say nothing AT ATLL!!!!!! Congrats Hasina.......love ya!!!!....Keep it moving negative blogs are for misery and people with to much time on their hands!!!!

Don't let the negative comments bother you, you are an inspiration to your whole family. It shows us all that if you set a goal and keep working at it, you will achieve it. You have most definitely inspired me to loose weight and to go to the gym to keep my body in shape. You are teaching your children the right things by leading by example and showing them that nothing in life is easy. Everything has a price wether it be monetary or hard work, studying there is a price to pay for everything and it is a very rewarding feeling to know that you achieved your goal. I have always taught you to be the best at whatever you do or want to be and you have done that. I have seen first hand the hard work and long hours you have put in to this. Hold your head up high and walk proudly for "GOD" has blessed you to achieve your goal and show his goodness. Keep going forward with your journey and continue to love your children as "GOD" loves us. They said negative things and told lies on our "Lord and Savior JESUS CHRIST" so they will most definite say things about you. You have my support all the way.
Love you

Kudos Jamaris and [email protected] From the Powell Bubble and @ Real Beauty you both are utterly amazing. I donít recall the article saying she works 10 hours a day EVERYDAY. Does it ever occur to you that she works those hours to ensure the BEST for her children? What are you the chief editor of Parent Magazine? Or did you personally interview her kids? If you DON'T know her how can you even fix your brain cells to leave such a comment? Do you realize that you only humiliate yourself for displaying your ignorance? You could be a well educated individual but I wouldnít admit that if I were you because it would be an insult to your educators. I suppose the ones who raised you never worked a long day just to be sure you grew up to be so rude. But I shouldn't make a comment like that because I donít know you right? "POINT" I sit a few feet from Hasina and I watch her vigorously prepare for these events in ADMIRATION. She lost her weight NATURALLY, she keeps it off NATURALLY, and she NATURALLY helps those around her in any way that she can to accomplish their weight loss/healthy eating goals including myself. And i guess it would be an odd diet to someone who has no desire to compete in bodybuilding. And I agree it is hard to lose weight, especially for a "NATURAL" woman that doesnít put in nearly as much hard work and dedication to reach their goal as this woman here. Hasina donít be discouraged by the negative comments. When reading those comments it is clear to see that those individuals are your greatest fans. A little jealousy goes a long way and their jealousy is going to take you all the way to the championships.

I work right next to Hasina and can tell you what she says in the video is how she reaches her goals. She does not take steriods or any other drugs. I watch her eat all day the things she says in her video. She works 10 hour days and because of that has 3 days off a week instead of just 2 days. As woman we we should support each other instead of putting each other down. It is hard for us to lose weight, so we should appaud those who are doing it and strive to be on that level. We must judge ourselves not others. What the world needs is Jesus to show each other love and support.

Tip sent me this...you go girl! U R truly an inspiration; working hard for a year you did what others (the haters) do not have the courage, guts, fortitude, and dedication to do! Know that jealousy is inevitable! Your haters are clueless, and lead miserable, unfilled lives; they loathe what they see when they look in the mirror. You rock!!

Never, never, never let anyone still your joy. Envy is so ugly. Never let anyone coax you into living their life. You have to live for yourself and your children. I have faith in you and your endeavors and support you 100%. I am so proud of you. You are an inspiration to a lot of young women with your tenacity, dedication and commitment. Continue to grow and learn real fast to ignore ‚ÄúIGNORANCE.‚ÄĚ Keep your head up and be proud.
Love you,

I compete in shows as a body builder I have spoken to her several times an with her trainer mr.neal. They are all on steroids an does put in alot of work at gym. I dont think she would admit to doing roids. An should not have to its a hard field an if she wants to go pro cant without them. An powell bubble im sure I know what zone worker you are. Kudos for being real. An I would never leave my wife for this field. I attend church to an can speak of God. Its hard but thats life. Work it out in the end is it worth it?
