Just what the area needs, more traffic, more outsiders and more crime. The citizens did not want this venue but the planning department went ahead anyway and who will suffer? The citizens that protested the venue in the first place.

The city council can and will be replaced if it does not listen to the community. Look how many homes sold in the area since the city o.k.'d this piece of shit venue. Doesn't that say something. I lived right across the street when the city o.k'd the theater in the first place 20 some years ago, I moved my family out as soon as I could. I don't regret it. My son works at Cox and close by and that is close enough.

I agree with you. That place is going to bring too much traffic and crime into the area. City doesn't care about the citizens of Laguna Niguel all they do is preach what a great area it is while they are out destroying it.
