This has been a hot topic in the last 6 months it seems. It's important to get up and walk around to counteract a sedentary job. At least stand up and stretch a little, move your neck or torso, and do more if you can. Try going for a walk during lunch. Just working out isn't enough to counteract all the ill effects of sitting all day long! In fact, I think I'll get up now and stretch lol
