To lose weight, burn fat, and tone the body effectively, strength/resistance training with cardio is key. It is quite difficult to lose the weight fast and even you lose your weight quickly using few exercises and if you donít control your diet and do the exercise regularly there are chances your weight will increase again. So daily routine of exercise is required to lose the weight. Do not eat food having high fat, such as chips, fries, cookies etc. Your meals should include a protein source, a fat source and low-carb vegetables. Along with proper diet, do evening walk, weight lifting, use stairs instead of lift, it will burn a few calories and prevent your metabolism from slowing down
