Don't MOST hotel rooms have an inside DEADBOLT lock and/or chain for the door??

Did she fail to secure herself in the room?

Even with a key, no one can gain entry when the inside deadbolt lock and/or chain are engaged.

This will be an interesting case to follow.

The answer is yes, and I certainly make sure that extra lock is in place prior to putting the luggage down: However; that is sort of blaming the victim. Unless there is some Hollywood/CSI/Law & Order kinda sheet going on...lol
