Even if the jails are full and courts are backed up, we cannot have these punk's running around being a menace to society. Once in the big house they'll soon be taught a lesson that they're not the baddest dudes in town. No need for trial just take the statements from the victims and lock em all up. NO plea bargain, no deals, and put all the lock ups on a work order; thats why all the criminals are locked up in the first place "they no like work". Lazy bums!!!!

Not enough prison space? Just make a tent city on nearby Kahoolawe with orange underwear and make them grow their own gardens and clear ammunition. Make sandwiches from recycled peanut butter. Why do we have to build a fancy prison when a little imagination can find a cheaper solution. Escape problems? Just make them wear an ankle ball and chain. No need to build barbed wire fences. Let them drown. Saves money.

If they don't respect our lives, why should we? Forget rehab.

Prison won't reform him so keep him locked up until he's too old to rob people. He's a bad seed.

Yeah, then they will come back disciplined, well-trained and with a small nest egg hiding behind a certain level of respectability with large SUV's and crook wahine's.

I wonder if that's what happened in Irag and Afghanistan to begin with.

Kind of ironic...eh, and it all boils down to one word.

One thing about it, when it comes to crime, these guys are not the brightest bulbs on the tree. Evident they didn't graduate from criminal school. So much for "no child left behind."

You are correct and I agree 100% with you but the excuse is that we do not have enough jail/prison space.

*Need prison space. What is considered harsh parole.
*I would hate for any of them to be behind of me. I
might get shot in the back - friendly fire - after
after all they already have no morals/ethics.

Don't hope to hard because it will never happen they are just lazy bums looking for a quick easy life. Delusions of grandeur.

I totally agree. Remember we still have to deal with the ACLU.

If he was on ice...lets back Obama's plan and put troops on the Mexican border with the instructions of shoot to kill it may help to keep some drugs out. No if or buts about it...no trial. Any one dumb enough to trespass into this area is to dumb to keep.

The problem here is that we have to feed and care for him until he is old. I agree he is from a bad gene pool. Ka'ahoolawe (sp) sounds good. Make them raise their own food or starve. F..k the ACLU they are trampling on our rights to live with out fear.

I've heard about that situation during the Vietnam war were young men who were getting into trouble were given an option to either enlist or go to prison and many chose to enlist...what happened is that we had a lot of druggies coming back not all but many. You can figure out the rest.

the kahoolawe idea sounds good, we might as well use that island for something. let them fend for themselves. the only thing though is that if this were to become a reality, and the state starts sentencing criminals to kahoolawe, then family members will have oppurtunity to boat over and help them escape. this would mean the island would need security, which would then need to build atleast a watch tower, and then so on and so on, and before you know it a down scaled guantanamo would be the result. hmmm f..k um already hang um
