Been to Texas and they're all "Wackos". But also, it is a systemic condition of the US population. If they don't like it, don't understand it then Canada must be to blame.

A 60 year old American built oil pipeline carrying Alberta crude breaks in Arkansas. But not the builders or owners (Exxon-Mobile) get the blame but it is that nasty Alberta oil from the tar sands.
