Legal Age to Purchase Tobacco Raised to 19

strongman is right thats a complete load of crap having to be 19 i'm fom a lil town called russellville alabama ad its about an hour from mississippi and tenn. all my buddies waste gas going to one the other states so why can't we be 18 here cause about 75% of smokers and dippers here ar teens in fact that are 16-18

The government should allow individuals to do whatever they like with there bodies as long as it is not harming anyone besides themselves. Marijuana and drugs of any nature should be legal at the adult age of 18. This 19 hoax is bullshit.

I'm almost 18. The day I am, I'm going to buy a cigar. And I am going to enjoy it. And yes, it is stupid to place restrictions on CITIZENS when it comes to their bodies. When someone becomes a legal adult,they should be free to do what they like, within reasonable bounds of course. Either raise the legal age for everything to 21, or stop the bull shit about tobacco. You all know the whole "If I can be in the military" thing. It's true. So yeah. Stop being stupid. Everything at 21 or everything at 18.
