It's not just the teenagers. the adults are also chatting. It's time for the unmarked police cars to hit the roads and catch these offenders. Think of the revenue.

It amazes me to see the drivers (teenagers and adults, men and women) that are doing something erratic behind the wheel of a vehicle (who in most cases) are the ones who are talking on cell phones oblivious to what surrounds them.

I agree with the comment. we need unmarked officers out on the roads to caught people of all ages on cell phones while driving a vehical.

Are you serious about the unmarked police cars not sure why they need to be unmarked. I followed a State Police car down the Interstate and caught up with it to point out that he was texting while he was driving. Kinda double standard going on as usual.
