LB Res makes an excellent point. We are lucky to live in one of the few places in the country where you can be outside getting fresh air and exercising, 365 days a year. Why hang around in a gym.

Oh yeh, if you want to do some rump wrangling (great terminology!) hit the gym.

You sound like the much wiser, level-headed older brother. Hopefully you can influence your brother (and the others) by your good example and they will straighten up and fly right.

Actually, my brother works as security. He still lives under my Mother's roof though he's beginning to move out. I am to inherit his vehicle that now has a record on it. The money he receives from security duty is inadequate and constantly asks my parents for money on gas and/or food.
As for the weed, it is his friends that offer it to him. They tend to come to our house with the weed so my brother never paid one cent for weed since his beginning. My brother is not a thief in these cases. If you refuse to believe in bad-case scenarios such as being caught between a blazing gunfire shoot-out, do you not call that wrong place at the wrong time? It's not his fault that he did not know Marvin was stealing from people's lockers all these months.
Of course I dislike him using weed and I wished that he'**** stop. But he's family, y'know. Even I financially support him.
In my family, using weed gets you your own apartment and no family financial aid.You are only supporting and encouraging his bad behavior, you see where that leads, don't you?

Many people use the gym for resistance training. Not everyone wants to have all those weights around the house/garage. Many women do not feel safe outdoors by themselves, especially working women who often must exercise in the early mornings or at night. Some people go for social reasons, but not always "rump wrangling". They meet friends and enjoy a workout. A lot of people won't exercise by themselves. They should be very careful with valuables at and near the gym. This kind of thing happens all the time.

Gyms could do a much better job of designing locker areas. If the area is more open and has more traffic, there will be less opportunity for crimes. Privacy can still be found.

He's moving on to Washington to do some berry-picking or other money-raising activity in a couple of weeks or so. Hopefully being away from the city will improve his lifestyle. Thank you for your concern.

I have a cousin who supervises those kind of workers (mostly apple pickers). Be cautious. Lots of meth, alcohol and other drugs after hours up in the fields. There's not much else to do..

One problem is that a lot of these small locks can be easily opened with a tool you can make at home in about 10 minutes. Google "shim" and padlock for directions.

If you can snap the lock closed without a key, you can usually open it within a few seconds with a small curved piece of metal.

Best kind of lock but hard to find is one that has to have the key turned to lock it. The others have small balk-bearings on springs that allow the lock to be slid shut but they can be pried back easily.

Shame the case seems to have been dropped. But these kids will sooner or later do something major or be caught popping lock by someone with even stronger anti=social tendencies than theirs and will end up badly hurt or int he morgue.

For about 15 bucks you can have a lock that is fully protected and is still a combo.

Many gym people use combo locks because they don't want to carry the keys.

Or what Jim P was referring to a round padlock, and they run real cheap 11 bucks

Trust me, these kids need a serving of somebody on a roidrage!

Shut your mouth and get off the Pot!

Guilty or not his associations is what got him in trouble in the first place, he still has to wake and face the music, the seizure of personal items and the LBPD looking through his families most private lives is degrading, but was solely caused by HIM.

He's part of this growing faction of worthless ghetto cultured Asians, that have no aspirations of higher education or having a successful career, have no respect for their community, family or authority, but has all the time in the world to get a blunt and blaze it up, and party.

This of course didn't really give him any redeeming qualities with the LBPD.

I myself as a young Asian person is disgusted at what I have seen in the last couple of years growing up. He and anyone else that participates in this kind of lifestyle is a a disappointment to their family, community, and even school.

Its my hope that people like Mick get their lives together, and become contributing members of society. I live in the ghetto, and I got to say it really doesn't happen that much.

The system is designed to keep people down, once your in its almost impossible to get out of it, so its best to stay away!

If you guys were paying attention, the case was dropped for a reason.. Why? maybe because there was no evidence that they ACTUALLY stole anything.

From all the comments, it is apparent that Marvin was the criminal. There is no evidence that Mick and Komsan was involved in actually burglary.

So I don't know why everyone keeps running their mouth when they don't know much facts.

Press Telegram doesn't tell the whole truth and likes to sugar-coat the story make it interesting. They never tell the whole truth.

It looks awful on the Police who arrested these guy because he posted them all on felony and the case was dropped.

They do NOT drop cases for no reason especially if it was posted as a felony.

If you wanted the truth, there are surveilance cameras all over the locker. Watch them and you will see who was in the gym and who was not. LBPD have access to these videos. The police was probably trying to find anything to pin down these guys but couldn't find anything except for Marvin.

Marvin has been under the eye of LBPD and it so happens that the other two were with him.. so what?

Apparently if you have out with friends that are criminals make you a criminal.. wrong.. it's like saying your mom is a drug addict it makes you a drug addict.

Just because you have friends that are bad doesn't mean your bad. Not everyone is a like. you can't categorize 3 different people.

In Mick's and Komsan's defense.. they is innocent as far as I can see. So stop accusing them of being criminals until the whole story.

I find It funny that no one is bringing up race. If it was blacks or mexican this whole page would be filled with neg comments. I guess whites and asians get a pass when they do wrong.
not sure if you missed the racist remark on the first page about being deported.. or does just one not live up to your standard? I hope everyone knows that we all are immigrants - and illegal - or our ancestors were. We don't own this country, no one did. So Mr. "Bluff Park Dude" how about you go back to your home country, if you know which one it is. and if you don't, then how about drowning in the ocean and shut the fuck up with your pathetic racist deporting remarks. It's America's fault trying to prove that you have the best life here when in few cases, it's true but not many. Our lives could be better if we lived else where but we're too stubborn to leave as we are brainwashed that we will succeed here.
