This couldn't be a problem for kids who are responsible because they know that they cannot stay that long, they have to find jobs to sustain for themselves. However, for kids, who doesn't care if they'll get a job after school or not, parenting really is needed that much.

Laughing out loud!
Really, where are the little shits gonna go when they do not find a job?
Yeah, nope, just say no to having kids.
Always has been my advice.
If you do not have kids, be thankful.
Use birth control.
Otherwise, not only do you run the risk of having a kid that cannot get a job after college, you run the risk of having a kid come home pregnant and stick you with that mess.
Birth Control should be free and easy.
If it were, maybe there would be a lot fewer of these soul sucking spawn to make lives miserable.
