My ex. went to great expense to fight for visitation far beyond the normal court orders. He then failed to show up to pick up our son as agreed. He did not call or otherwise indicate his change in plans and the very few times he actually came and picked up our son he spent less than 1 hour with him before taking off to bars with his friends and leaving our son with total strangers.
Our son is disabled and these events were very traumatizing to him. On at least one date my ex left him with a person who was on probation for assault on a family member and who was verbally abusive toward him.
Thank God my son is no longer subject to the whims of the El Paso court system and can make the choice to see his father or not.

Oh Thank You Ouisa!
How lucky for us that you are here to show us the way! Most of us can't find our butts with both hands unless you help us. Ooooh! Now there's a frightening thought!
