If the parents are not involved , you will see the same results as before. You can send a kid to school but if he doesn't have the backing to learn , they will not ..... Also there is no one to over see if the teachers are even teaching the proper materials to the students. This system is going to fail and we will not know where all the money went because no one is accountable .....
