Depression is manufactured by mind drugs. Then the victimed is drugged further for another side effect.

It makes practical sense to believe that a balanced and nutritious diet is always a good weapon to combat illnesses. A severely deficient diet gives our bodies too little resources to work on. Like Vitamin D, a deficiency in Vitamin B-complex are also associated with several depressive conditions as well as psychological and other mental disorders.
On the other hand, the risks and side effects associated with antidepressants like Paxil, have grown through the years. People may be better off stuffing themselves up with nutrients-rich food, than getting more doses of drugs.

Teens and children are in indeed at risk of developing depression. Although managing teen depression with antidepressants may not be a good idea. Antidepressants increases suicidal thinking in teens and children. Must read this interesting article regarding zoloft, before taking those medicines: http://www.zoloftsertralinebirthdefects.com/z...

I've been on Effexor from http://goo.gl/TRCx1y only one week but am cautiously very optimistic. Prior to this I was on citalopram but still feeling very low and sleeping poorly, feeling like I needed to be in bed 12-16 hours a day. Now I am waking naturally after only 8 hours sleep and finding it much easier to concentrate at work. I can hardly believe it is working so quickly but I feel so much better. I've had no side effects.
