hllo guts i know why penguins are gettting banned .it is because so many to the same account and mayb at th same time.i got proof even safe chat accounts also get banned.the moderator wi,ll hav a network monitor to look that how many penguins ar logging in. if they se that the same penguin is logging in again and again.first the moderator will bann th account for 2 3 hours after that again after 2 3 hours
then he will bann the penguin forevr
