Why would this company not have a checks and balance system in place to look for this fraud?

No, St Albans and hurricane are definitely worse. Nothing but very clannish, weird , worthless, drug addicted people in both towns.

Actually embezzlers are generally in professional positions that have access to the funds. They have access to the credits debits and depisit norms of the account, and know how to shift it around to delay detection.

It was basically another one of these organizations like Charleston Football Club where the parents like to put the decals on their car to say hey look at me my kidís elite. I drink the koolaid and waste lots of money just so I can put a sticker on my car to tell you that. Iím part of an elite special club whoo-hoo and I have more money (or debt) than brains just so I can impress you with this nonsense.

So anyone that ever was connected to, watched, listened to or knew people in this group are embezzlers?? That's the justification for blaming Trump for his attorney Cohens dealings with Garbage trucks that Cohen was arrested for.

Just look at ex-Magistrate Julie Yeager. She was the WV Magistrate Association treasurer and she stole $32,000. Mid-July will be the one year anniversary of her resignation. Nothing is going to happen to her. The West Virginia Supreme Court treated Yeager like she was an up-and-coming star. Well, they backed a known liar and theft. Yeager has never been arraigned on any charges. She is free to live her life.

Have you ever heard this choir? Have you seen kids from all walks of life be a family? Well let me tell you something, these kids put in hours of work perfecting their music. They have an amazing director that chooses music that has meaning, not music from what we hear on the radio. They do performances all over the state. These kids work their butts off to raise the money needed to go on trips around the country, teaching them to get anywhere in life you have to work for it. They were the ONLY choir from the US to perform at the United Nations, not only did they represent our country but they made WV look good!
These talented kids spend enough time together that they become their very own family that they can talk to about anything. They have a choir mom that takes care of them and helps them. If you ever see them at a dinner they sing a song of grace. They aren't into drugs, or anything of the sort. They make WV look and sound good.

I am the proud mother of a choir alumni, best 4 years we ever had including the hour long drive to and from Charleston. It was worth every mile.

Don't judge what you don't know!

These kids work hard and can't rely on their parents to sing for them and oh hell no it's not elite, my son went to school in Clay Co and his entire tuition was paid for by the choir because we couldn't afford it. So maybe you should learn more about your topic before you run your mouth!

Hey if money is such a problem now that this has been discovered why wasn't it a problem each of the 7 years it was being taken? Why the sudden emergency? And where was the accountability and checks and balances? An Audit????

Have a whine and cheese benefit gala at the supper club and shut up and move on until the next one robs you blind again.

Almost every youth sports organization and a couple of others that my kids have been in around here has had this happen. Must be a lot of dumb gullible people in little old poor old WV still with money to throw around.

Then why didnt they have a system in place to locate the fraud and waste?
