<quoted text>So Jessie its alright to feel bad for your mom but y don't she speed with you in car??? How about she trades your life for theses poor babies that lives just began and she took em. If you really watched ms.Tina she said she had to tell Laura all the time to slow down.....and Tina doesn't remember what happen on that day at all. I talked to her myself! So be4 u go running your mouth and standing up look up the facts.. if not you can sure come to my house and we straight them out really quick and how everyone is hurting from this. They need to stop covering it up bc no one gonna let this go intill whole truth is out. I will make sure of that.
It was on the news..I saw it myself! I have no problem meeting any of you bullies and that is exactly what you are!! This is not Laura and this is not her daughter!

The problem is the people who are sueing are the LEAST INJURED don't you think they should have waited til the families who LOST their kids or were seriously injured filed their lawsuits. People like Tonya nohner Faulkner whose kid walked away with bruises are the first to file action. Its disgusting.

This is the news channel where Tina was ask by news if the bus driver was speeding she said NO, but that yes at times she did speed but would slow down after Tina pointed it out. Guess some people like to point fingers and blame...I know I speed at times and make stupid mistakes while driving also...! And at no time did I bash anyone on this site...I am just tired of the people bashing the bus driver. If you as a parents have seen her speed everyday your just as responsible for not reporting it, we all have a choice to put our children on a bus or drive them...drive them if your bus driver is dangerous.

We have reported her to the state a couple of times. As for the interview Tina doesn't remember what happened that day. AND I HAVE NEVER EVER SPEed with other people's kids in my car. Ever. According to Tina she had to tell Laura previous days to slow down.

My niece was one of these "least injured" children you speak of. I do not get involved in what my family does, they are doing what they think is best. But I do want to say, you don't live with my niece everyday. Im not going into detail of what she is going through, because frankly its none of anyone's business. But before you speak of my family, make sure you know the facts. Not all injuries are physical. These were just babies! The emts have all said this was the most tragic thing they have ever seen, what would that be like to a 4 yr old?

Are you fu*&ing serious? Disgusting??? What the hell is wrong with you people!?!?! You think the bruises, cut, sprains, etc... is all the "LEAST INJURED" kids ended up with? WTF are you thinking saying shit like that? Use some common sense for 5 minutes of your life, same goes for anyone defending the bus driver. COMMON SENSE tells you a bus that ended up looking like that was going FASTER than it should have been. The "LEAST INJURED" (WTF is that anyways) family's will be paying for therapists for years. God bless the two little ones family's he needed with him, also all the children and their family's involved.

I can understand what the previous post meant about the families who lost their children filing a lawsuit first. They are the ones who are suffering the most. If i were the other families and I at least had my child still to hold the last fu**ing thing I would be thinking about is a lawsuit and maybe waiting to see what parents of the two children who passed away did first. I hope the ones who have filed at least spoke with the deceased childrens parents first.

Get it right my name is Tanya. Also get your facts straight I haven't filed a thing yet if the school would back these families I'm sure this wouldn't be happening. We have unpaid bills and counselor the school don't wanna pay that coming out of our own pockets. You all have no clue what my son is going throw or see everyday you don't live in our home you don't have to explain to him the things any three yr old shouldn't have to be explained you r not the one holding him at night when he having pains or dreams sad thing you probably have children and I pray they never have to go throw this in their lives and if they do I hope they have someone that can comfort them.

i watched the news where Tina was talking and i caught on to a couple things one of them was when the news guy said something about the bus driver speeding and "she said no never she dont speed but than in the end she said i told her to slow down she was going way to fast that we had plenty of time to get those children home". but yet in the beginning she said that she never did speed. and i also saw when the news reporter when the the bus drivers house and she was inside but would not answer the door for anything. the truth will come out eventually and i hope that it does so maybe these families can find some type of peace..thinking about praying for you all everyday.

Have you had a child or family member involved in anything like this? Unless you have, you actually have no idea how you would be feeling. It is easy to get on thar high horse and say I would be better than that when you haven't been through it. The kids that survived the crash have a very very long road ahead of them. Their parents don't need to ask permission or get the OK from anyone to file a lawsuit. This argument is one of the most stupid I have seen on here, and there have been some real special kind of stupid ones.

You know just because they filled a law suit doesn't make them a bad person. It shows that they truly care about their child safety. They done it (I'd say) for the fact the bus driver has been reported on for speeding. They want the answers to why this women was still allowed to drive after being reported for speeding. They also want to insure that she will never drive a bus again a assure that there will be no more victims to her careless driving. They don't want to wait around to see what's gonna happen they want answers now. I would have done the same for my child. BECAUSE I CARE.

This is such a heartbreaking story. It's a good reminder that school buses should not operate outside of standard safety procedures. So many school buses don't have seatbelts, and many that do don't enforce using them.
In my neighborhood, there was a big push for education about school bus safety. I thought this blog post offered good tips: http://www.meshbesher.com/blog/2012/11/school...
Who knows, maybe helping children stay safe on and near buses will help them become safer drivers in the future.
