If the board of supervisors had done their jobs better the schools would still be open.

Fluvanna county has a history of making this kind of ridiculous financial decision. The board of supervisors as a unit is inept at creating and following a budget that benefits the county as a whole. They also refuse to call in outside financial experts to consult with when they often find themselves in financial difficulties. The school board kind of rolled over on this decision as well. WHEN WILL IT END?
