Try the 3DS, so many of the system's features not only encourage being active, like getting shopping points for walking and such, the streetpass features also encourage them to be more social. The spotpass system allows them to communicate with other 3DS owners for free in various locations as well. The article oddly failed to mention that system so I thought it would be cool to mention it.
